This 2-day fixture falls the weekend before the Cheltenham Festival but there are always high-quality fields over the course of the meeting and Nick Alexander landed a treble on the Friday card last year with 3 different jockeys, Danny McMenamin, Bruce Lynn and Sean Quinlan doing the steering.
Sandy Thomson, Mike Smith and Lucinda Russell were also on the mark with winners and another great day’s racing can be expected as the build-up to next month’s Coral Scottish Grand National Festival gathers pace.
